One of my favorite places to hike in Brevard is Dupont Forest. During this unseasonably warm February, the family packed up a picnic and went to Dupont Forest for some fun in the sun. Triple Falls is always a delightful short hike that all ages can enjoy (even the fur baby!). There are other options such as Hooker Falls, but for our purposes, Triple Falls was perfect. There is a nice covered pavilion at the top of a short hike next to the falls. There are two access points to the falls, one at the top and then one at the base. The top access is a great lookout point, but you cannot get too far onto the rocks, so we chose the lower access trail. On the lower access trail we met other families with kids, couples with the puppers and even a fisherman!
