My wife and I live in SC and were taking quite a few day trips to research the Spruce Pine/Burnsville area for purchasing a second/vacation home. On one of those trips, we felt the need to see one home as we were ready to put an offer in. We looked on Zillow and in an hour, Rachel was there to show us the home. The offer was rejected. However, because of her knowledge of the area, the willingness to dig through property history and finding the right answers no matter how confusing the listings is what made us sign with her. Since then, she put in multiple offers for us and guided us through all the homes thoroughly. The one we did end up purchasing put her through the wringer and we are glad we had her representation and expertise. Highly recommend her services!
