Rachel Toms

Rachel has been buying and selling real estate for herself since 2009 and now she does it for others. Originally from Upstate New York, she found her way to North Carolina by attending our flagship University in Chapel Hill.

When she's not working with her clients, you can find her spending time with her family and enjoying the many outdoor activities our region has to offer.

Scout

Scout joined the team in 2022 and was quickly promoted to Director of First Impressions. He is a hard worker and can often be found overseeing various aspects of the business such as septic inspections, water quality testing and the likes.

When he is not busy assisting in the day to day operations of the business, he can be found following his nose through nature and chasing his sister Jade, the house cat.
